The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (FSO) came into effect in October 2006 and replaced over 70 pieces of fire safety law. The FSO applies to all non-domestic premises in England and Wales, including the common parts of blocks of flats and houses in multiple occupation (HMOs)
All of our Inspectors are ex Fire Service and Members of the Institute of Fire Prevention Officers or The Institute of Fire Engineers.
We know that not everyone has an in-depth knowledge of Fire Safety so we take our time and listen so that we understand exactly what your requirements are. your assessor will then find the right solution and explain the process ‐ we don’t bombard you with jargon ‐ just keep it simple and get straight to the point
